The 1st day of the Forces-of-Nature BST Beach Bash was windless and grey so although a few people flew kites, most of us sat around a fire and had a BBQ and a few beers all day.

Today was a bit more promising with sunshine and a little bit more wind. I was nicely powered up on my mountain board with my 4.9m Blade and had some nice runs up and down the length of the beach. i then decided to launch my 18m Mach 1, but the wind dropped off and I couldn't get it set up right.

Lots of other people were out with kites and having a good time in the sunshine.
